After more than 33 years at the bedside, I have seen how confusing health information can feel for patients and families. Medical words, test results, new diagnoses, and daily care instructions can become overwhelming when they are not explained in plain language.

I created Real Nurse Advocate™ Health Education LLC to help bring clear, nurse-created health education directly to patients, families, and caregivers. My goal is to take years of bedside nursing experience and turn it into practical guides that are easier to understand, easier to use, and easier to discuss with qualified health care professionals.

Real Nurse Advocate™ guides are evidence-informed, patient-friendly, and focused on daily living support. They are not here to diagnose, prescribe, treat, or replace medical care. They are here to help you feel more informed, more prepared, and less alone as you learn about health conditions and daily support steps.
